Le départ sera donné de Gannat à 10h45, début du live. Le profil de l’étape du jour ne provoquera pas de gros écarts entre les favoris mais pourrait faire mal. Le sprint massif est possible, à La Côte-Saint-André. Comme une arrivée en petit comité ou une échappée ! Quoiqu’il en soit, cette étape sera indécise jusqu’au bout ! Au jeu de l’échappée, on pourrait bien imaginer un Thomas De Gendt, visiblement en forme après le chrono, prendre les devants.
