Samedi se disputait la 10e manche de la Coupe de France, la 36e édition du Tour du Finistère. Au terme des 193,3 kilomètres que les coureurs engagés avaient à parcourir entre Saint-Evarzec et Quimper, c’est une nouvelle fois Julien Simon qui s’est imposé sur l’épreuve Bretonne. Il s’agit de son troisième succès sur cette course qu’il affectionne tout particulièrement, tout comme le Grand Prix du Morbihan qu’il a remporté la semaine passée. Au sprint, Julien Simon a disposé de Clément Venturini (Ag2r Citroën) et de Sandy Dujardin. Ce succès permet à Simon de prendre provisoirement la tête de la Coupe de France 2022.
