Vendredi, c’est Roger Adria (Equipo Kern Pharma) qui a remporté au sprint la 2e étape de La Route d’Occitanie 2022 qui s’est achevée à Roquefort. C’est sur une distance réduite que cette seconde étape a été courue, essentiellement en Aveyron. Michael Valgren (EF Education-EasyPost) et Max Kanter (Movistar) ont pris les 2e et 3e places. Arnaud Démare (Groupama-FDJ), 32e, a cédé son maillot de leader au profit du lauréat Espagnol qui a signé sa première victoire professionnel.

51 km/h de moyenne sous cette chaleur . Les casques et surtout les tètes ont chauffé .Vainqueur surprise en la personne ADRIÀ , première victoire en pro .Que du bonheur il pourra dire , j’ai gagné la plus courte étape en ligne pro de l’histoire . A vérifier quand même .
Eminente décision du préfet, pour un simulacre d’étape bien pire qu’une course de minimes… A mon avis, ils auraient mieux fait d’annuler, mais Grosu, même absent, est toujours là… Terpstra, de la Total, s’est un peu terpster au départ, puis la course a pu sombrer dans le ridicule le plus total, avec des assistants qui ont tenté de passer quelques bidons… Coup de chaud dans le Tarn !… Ils y vont pas par 36 chemins, pour faire 36 kilomètres !…
